Security, performance, and reliability company, Cloudflare announced that Paris will be the home of the company’s fourth office in Europe. The company also announced that Paris represents a growing Cloudflare team and presence in Europe, following the company’s European headquarters in London, and offices in Munich, Germany, and Lisbon, Portugal.

The company’s Paris team will help the company grow brand awareness, support and acquire customers, and recruit new talent. Cloudflare also appoints Boris Lecoeur, a seasoned regional leader with more than two decades of industry experience, as the first Head of France. Including three cities in France, the company’s network spans 78 cities in the EMEA region. Cloudflare expanded its network into Paris only 8 months after launching the company in 2011. Matthew Prince, co-founder and CEO, Cloudflare, said,
