DigitalOcean, the cloud for developing modern apps, announced the two new members of its board of directors. According to the announcement, Hillary Schneider, CEO of Shutterfly and Warren Adelman, former CEO of GoDaddy joins the company’s board of directors, effective November 1.
More than 40 years of experience combined
Hilary Schneider is currently the CEO of Shutterfly. Schneider has over 20 years of experience in leading and scaling consumer technology companies. Before Shutterfly, Schneider served as CEO of Wag!, on-demand mobile dog walking and dog care service. Schneider has a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard University.
Warren Adelman also brings a wealth of experience, with more than 20 years in the industry. Currently, he serves as the managing director of Nativ Group. Prior to his current role, he spent nearly a decade at GoDaddy, most recently serving as CEO and a member of the board. Adelman has a BA from the University of Toronto.
