Juniper Networks has announced that Raj Yavatkar will be named Chief Technology Officer starting this month.
Juniper Networks announced that as the new Chief Technology Officer Raj Yavatkar, will be responsible for Juniper’s technology strategies and for leading and executing several of the company’s critical future-focused technology innovations. He is experienced in cloud services and infrastructure and networking systems and software. Mr. Yavatkar will begin his employment at Juniper in December of 2019.
45+ patents and 60+ publications
Raj Yavatkar held leadership roles at VMware and Intel where he led teams for new hybrid cloud product categories as the Chief Software Architect. After that, Mr. Yavatkar previously joined Google for the development of Network Virtualization Infrastructure and product for Cloud Networking. He is currently an IEEE Fellow and a technology and product pioneer with 45+ patents and 60+ publications.
