Right Networks has acquired Rootworks which provides accounting firms with the tools, resources and guidance required to create a high-performing. Rootworks will continue its operation as an independent line of business within Right Networks. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Right Networks has been serving accounting and tax firms, independent accounting professionals, and small businesses. Founder Darren Root will serve as Rootworks GM and Right Networks VP of Market Strategy.
