The company stated that the completion of the SOC 1 examination demonstrates a company’s commitment to safeguarding its client’s infrastructure. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, or PCI-DSS for short, is a widely used and industry-recognized payment card security standard available. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, or HIPAA, defines policies and procedures required of companies that store, process, or handle ePHI.
