eStruxture, a Canadian-owned provider of network and cloud-neutral data center solutions, appointed Marie-Josée Lapierre as the new Senior Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
A depth experience
With over 20 years of business law experience, Mrs. Lapierre specializes in M&A, financing, commercial law and corporate governance. Prior to this, Mrs. Lapierre was Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Secretary of Investissement Québec.
