Stream’s Phoenix campus in Goodyear started with a 418,200-square-foot hyper-scale data center on 157 acres of land. This is the first of five planned facilities. When completely built, the entire campus will support up to 2 million square feet of data center facilities and 200 MW of critical load, establishing its place as the largest hyper-scale campus development in the Greater Phoenix area.
The first phase is completed
Stream‘s Phoenix data center development targets hyper-scale and enterprise customers with fiber connectivity and optimized latency to all major markets. The phase I facility will support over 40 MW of critical load, now available with an initial 4.5 MW of capacity.

Rob Kennedy, Stream’s co-managing partner, said,
“Over our 21 years serving global enterprise and hyper-scale providers, we’ve seen increasing focus on deploying in markets with smart tax incentives. On a large deployment, our customers can spend several hundred million dollars on IT equipment and infrastructure. Data center-friendly markets like Goodyear give our customers access to favorable tax incentives, highly skilled workforces, and stable operating environments where they can deploy with confidence.”
