Namecheap has introduced a sponsorship program named “Powered by Namecheap”. Powered by Namecheap intends to provide start-ups and SMBs with the online services that enable them to kickstart their business quickly and efficiently.

A fine start

Namecheap’s new program providing bright minds to pave their way to success by utilizing tools and services provided by the hosting and domain registration giant. Namecheap’s empowerment program is easy to apply. As many would think, this is not a giveaway program. In fact, while Namecheap tells that they intend to support as many bright ideas as they could, this is more of a contest rather than a giveaway.

At the end of the competition, entrants will be notified by email if they are eligible for prizes. The sponsorship program provides these four prizes. The first one is a non-premium domain name to build their project upon. Then, as the contestants provide info for their project while entering the contest, Namecheap gives a suitable hosting plan to the selectee, fully up and running.

One of the most important aspects of a modern web site is an SSL certificate. Namecheap provides you with a PositiveSSL-issued certificate to secure your web site. Lastly, Namecheap’s marketing and customer service will provide you help with launching and developing your idea, providing expert advice and tips.

To apply you must visit Powered by Namecheap web site dedicated to the contest. Benefits will be provided for 1 year, after the term they are subject to regular pricing. Also, you are agreeing to put a Powered by Namecheap badge on your website.
