CentOS Board met for the first time since the release of CentOS 8.0 and CentOS Stream. They published the minutes from their meetings as a part of their new transparency policy. They are also working on more transparent processes. Board will also add more directors, encourage sub-groups within CentOS.

Board is also working with designers on a rebranding project for RHEL-based Linux distribution including a revamped logo. Board also revealed some of the design proposals. During the rebranding process, the board announced that they will ensure the discussion concludes in a timely manner.
