Fiber-optic data, Internet, data center, cloud computing, and unified communications services provider, FirstLight announced that the acquisition of BestWeb. The transition of BestWeb will enhance FirstLight’s capabilities in Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, and Dutchess counties and deepens the fiber network throughout the lower Hudson Valley.

BestWeb is a facilities-based service provider offering Internet, data, and telephone services. The company also provides service to more than 30 public school districts in Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, and Dutchess counties. BestWeb acquisition is the company’s sixth transaction since being acquired by Antin Infrastructure Partners in 2018. Kurt Van Wagenen, President and CEO, FirstLight, said,
