Atos announced that the company has completed the Paladion acquisition, strengthening Atos’ position in cybersecurity with new global Managed Detection & Response capabilities. The company welcomes over 800 Paladion employees and cybersecurity experts. The acquisition also expands global coverage for cybersecurity monitoring and response with 4 additional Security Operations Centers.
Prescriptive SOC offering
The company also stated that with the acquisition, the company finally will be able to create its next-generation Prescriptive SOC offering by integrating Paladion’s AIsaac artificial intelligence platform for cyber analytics and hybrid SecOps. This SaaS model is a patented technology with more than 1000 use cases and 100 AI models. Pierre Barnabé, Senior Executive Vice-President, Head of Big Data & Cybersecurity, Atos, said,
