HostPapa, a Canadian web hosting solutions provider, is continuing to expand with two acquisitions. The company acquired certain assets of HostLabs, the infrastructure and cloud brand and SecureLive, previously owned by Add2Net. The acquisition of SecureLive which proactively scans the websites to identify and block attacks in real-time, and the acquisition of certain assets of HostLabs will strengthen HostPapa’s position in the United States market.
Two new acquisitions
HostLabs, a premium infrastructure and cloud provider, has been providing premium hosting solutions for organizations of all sizes since 1999.
HostPapa CEO, Jamie Opalchuk, talked about the acquisitions, saying,
“Through this acquisition we strengthen our commitment to providing both SMBs and larger organizations across the world, and specifically in the market in the United States, with market-leading cloud-based solutions, supported by robust technology and world-class technical support.”
HostPapa acquired eight brands in the past twelve months as part of the company’s expansion strategy, Before the acquisitions of these two brands, the company owned Canadian web hosting company Mezzohost this February.
