Equinix that provides interconnection for businesses to clouds, customers, and partners inside data centers, has become a gold member of The Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF).
The Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) has been building sustainable ecosystems for cloud-native software for years. CNCF stated that Equinix has joined as a gold member at The Cloud Native Computing Foundation’s flagship conference named as KubeCon + CloudNativeCon in North America that brings application developers, service providers, CNCF Contributors, technologists from leading open source together, this week in San Diego.

Equinix started using open source technology since 2016 and still developing its product with the support of hybrid cloud use cases on Platform Equinix. In addition to this, the company has been participating many CNCF projects, such as CoreDNS, etcd, gRPC, Kubernetes, and also other open-source projects.
